I am excited to announce that I have decided to have Payton Rose bred one last time; she will not come into heat again until September 2012 and if all goes well I will have pups Ready between Feb. and March of 2013.
Pups will NOT be ready to leave their mother or myself until they are at least ten weeks of age, therefore pups will be a little more costly. I will be adding a page for those interested to leave your information and if you find a pup in the meantime please just contact me to have your name removed from the list. At the time in which pups will hopefully be born I will contact each person starting from the beginning and those still interested will need a two hundred dollar deposit to hold a pup and the deposit will go towards the cost of the pup, if I turn down your registration I will return your deposit, If you back out as a buyer you will lose your deposit.
Pups coloring could be that of any of the colors of Cockapoos, due to the colorings of the mother and father, the father will be Cafe' in color and about 8lbs. So keep watching! I am looking for those Phantom and Tan in colors.
The cost of my next pups will be $1000.00 and there will be a $300.00 flight fee and $50.00 travel fee; because I will not let my puppies fly anything other than a straight flight, therefore I need to travel to Minn. or Chicago. There will be a driving fee for those closer to me and will be established at the time of purchase.
This will be my second and last litter. I would not put my Mama dog through any more than that. These pups will be special, perfect in my eyes and healthy as I can keep them and very importantly… VERY pre-loved and pre-trained. If my past buyers are willing I will give reference to their name and numbers and I will most definite give reference to my Veterinarian who is one of the best around. There will be extra cost for puppies held after ten weeks.

  Hello, and thanks for visiting our site. I'd like to give you a little background information about our dog, Payton, and about the environment that she and her puppies are being raised in.

This was a private breeding of our Personal Pure Bred Cocker Spaniel, Payton Rose, Payton entered motherhood with flying colors. and was and still is an exceptional mother,she took her puppies "under her wing" and did exactly what needed to be done. 

Her puppies were born on October 21, 2011 and were whelped in the spare room of our home. I was closely in contact with our Vet during the whole prosess, there were four mini's and three toy in her litter of seven and Payton is a very tentative mother; she continues to watch over the pups she has left, very well. Our pups were and are extremely well cared for. I personally stayed in the room with them for the better part of ten days and they are, even still, rarely left alone. 
 
This is a first-time breeding for Payton. She is extremely elegant in looks and stance. Her puppies are adorable and will be gorgeous dogs. The pups were toy and miniature in size. The two left are miniature. Payton is on the very small size of an American Cocker Spaniel weighing 18 to19 lbs. and the Sire is a registered purebred Toy Poodle weighing 9 to10 lbs. Pups are expected to weigh around 12 to 15 pounds at adulthood.

The puppies are doing very well with paper training and outside potty training also their "no bite" "No Chew" training. The ones left are leash training as well. They go outside several times a day and love the fresh air and therefore sleep well through the night. Although Cockapoos do not require a yard, they do require fresh air and walks. Our puppies are now running and playing through my home and placed in our living room in an indoor fenced play and sleep area when need be. They are used to most noises and adapt well, they are pre-spoiled and like piano music and to be sung to, Payton spends most of her time with her pups.

Our puppies are ready for their new homes and come with a 2 year health guarantee. They are hybrid, first generation Cockapoos. They will also come with their own small kennel, collar, and leash, blanket, toys, and a bag of large food. 
                   A copy of the Dame and Sire’s AKC and APR registrations and 5 Generation Pedigrees. Each pup is established to be registered with the North American Cockapoo Registry AND the American Cockapoo Club. (which has already been paid in full by me)
They have had four de-wormings, their tails are docked and their dew claws removed, they are up to date on their shots and have had a full personal Vet checks consistantly 
Our puppies have been raised properly, gently, and with the utmost love and care we can provide. They have been socialized with our cat, Hope, our four grandchildren, and many other friends and family members. Each one of our puppies has their own little personality.
